TSB: Caddy Clutch Shudder
Caddy Clutch Shudder
This bulletin applies to 2020-2025 Cadillac XT4, XT5 and XT6 vehicles equipped with an M3H or M3G automatic transmission. The vehicle may experience shuddering or shaking at low speeds when shifting. This may be caused by possible torque converter clutch (TCC) shudder on shift and/or poor control.
If confirmed to be a TCC shudder and/or poor TCC control damaged condition while monitoring performance using scan tool and the fluid condition does not show clutch or hardware damage or coolant contamination, replace the torque converter.
Note: A minimum of 200 miles needs to be driven after the drain and fill to confirm the repair
