BMW Software Update

This bulletin applies to 2024 BMW X5, X6 and X7 Sports Activity vehicles. The check engine light may be on with the IHKA storing fault code 80131C (IHKA 12V voltage sensor plausibility). The cause: software error in the IHKA-PRO2 control unit. Reprogram the IHKA with the latest software version using S18A-23-11-542 or higher.
