This bulletin applies to 2020-2021 Buick Encore GX vehicles. On certain vehicles, the brake system control module may incorrectly calculate the brake pad life percentage values in the pad wear sensor transition areas, causing a “Replace Soon” or “Replace Now” message to appear on the driver information center.
