This bulletin applies to 2013-2015 RAM 1500 pickup vehicles, and 2015 Chrysler 200 vehicles equipped with AGS (active grille shutters). The customer may note that the MIL is on after the vehicle is serviced. The technician may find DTC U11E9 active or stored (lost communication with AGS).
