Toyota
Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing is recalling 508,354 model year 2025–2026 Camry Hybrid vehicles. On the affected cars, the instrument cluster display may fail during vehicle startup — a noncompliance with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) numbers 101, "Controls and Displays," 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices and Associated Equipment," 114, "Theft Protection and Rollaway Prevention," and 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."
When the cluster fails to come up, it takes several safety functions with it: the hazard lights, turn signals, seat belt warning system and smart key reminder are all deactivated. An instrument cluster that fails to display critical safety information increases the risk of a crash or injury.
Dealers will update the display software, free of charge.

Chrysler
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling 48,777 vehicles: 2023–2025 Dodge Hornet and 2023–2026 Alfa Romeo Tonale models. On these vehicles, the rear outboard seat belts may become twisted and fail to retract properly.
A seat belt that does not retract may fail to restrain an occupant as intended, increasing the risk of injury in a crash.
Dealers will replace the retractors, free of charge.

Tesla
Tesla is recalling 20,349 vehicles: certain 2017–2023 Model 3 and 2020–2023 Model Y cars. The low-beam headlights may be too bright and exceed the maximum allowable light output — a noncompliance with FMVSS number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
Low beams that are too bright can reduce visibility for oncoming drivers, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy is currently under development.

Rivian
Rivian is recalling 3,829 vehicles: 2025–2026 R1S and R1T models. One or both front turn signals may fail to illuminate and flash — a noncompliance with FMVSS number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
Turn signals that do not function properly increase the risk of a crash.
The action is an expansion of an earlier recall, 25V387.
Rivian will inspect and replace the front turn signals as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed September 29, 2026. Owners can contact Rivian customer service at 1-888-748-4261 and reference recall number FSAM-1833. The involved VINs will be searchable on NHTSA.gov on August 31, 2026.

Toyota
Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing is recalling 407 model year 2026 bZ Woodland vehicles equipped with a tow converter. An electrical short circuit may occur within the tow converter's printed circuit board, which can deactivate the electronic stability control (ESC) system and cause the brake lights to remain illuminated — a noncompliance with FMVSS numbers 126, "Electronic Stability Control Systems for Light Vehicles," and 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
Driving with a disabled ESC system or continuously illuminated brake lights can increase the risk of a crash.
Dealers will replace the tow converter, free of charge.
