Key Highlights

  • Volkswagen is recalling certain 2025 Taos and Jetta models due to a software error that may prevent essential information from displaying at startup, increasing crash risk.
  • Chrysler is addressing potential curtain airbag pressure retention issues in 2022-2026 Voyager and Pacifica models, which could reduce occupant protection during crashes.
  • Lucid is inspecting and reinforcing welds on the second-row lap belt anchor brackets in 2025-2026 Gravity vehicles to prevent failure during a crash.
  • Mercedes-Benz is replacing wheel bolts on 2025 G580 electric vehicles to prevent loosening that could impair driving stability and cause accidents.
  • Aston Martin is replacing bolts and inspecting suspension arms on 2021-2026 DBX models to prevent rear suspension failure and potential crashes.

Volkswagen

Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. is recalling certain 2025 Volkswagen Taos and Jetta vehicles. A software error may cause the instrument cluster to fail to display required information at vehicle startup, including vehicle speed, engine speed (RPM), gear/mode indicators, and warning telltales. Warnings, tell-tales, and gauges that do not display could increase the risk of a crash. Dealers will perform a software update and, if necessary, replace the instrument cluster at no cost to owners under NHTSA Campaign ID 26V185.

Chrysler

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022-2026 Chrysler Voyager and Pacifica vehicles. These vehicles may have been built with a curtain airbag that may not retain sufficient pressure during deployment. Curtain airbags which do not have proper pressure retention may reduce occupant protection and increase the risk of partial or complete ejection and injury during certain types of crashes. Dealers will replace one or both curtain airbags as needed at no cost to owners under NHTSA Campaign ID 26V189.

Lucid

Lucid USA, Inc. is recalling certain 2025-2026 Lucid Gravity vehicles. The second-row outboard lap belt anchor bracket weld may be of insufficient length or in the incorrect location due to an unauthorized manufacturing process alteration. An insufficient weld could result in the bracket failing to reach or hold the required load, increasing the risk of injury during a crash. Dealers will inspect the seat welds and either install a reinforcing bracket or replace the seat at no cost to owners under NHTSA Campaign ID 26V192.

Mercedes-Benz

Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC is recalling certain 2025 Mercedes-Benz G580 with electric drive vehicles. The wheel bolts might not meet current production specifications as they were not adapted to the increased vehicle mass and higher torque loads associated with the electric variant. The wheel bolts' connection to the wheel hub might loosen while driving, which could impair driving stability and increase the risk of a crash. Dealers will replace the wheel bolts with a new bolt variant at no cost to owners under NHTSA Campaign ID 26V198.

Aston Martin

Aston Martin The Americas is recalling certain 2021-2026 Aston Martin DBX, DBX707, and 2026 DBX S vehicles. Due to a reduced diameter shank bolt, the pin for the torque reaction link could slide out of the rear lower suspension arm, potentially causing the arm casting to crack and shear. A failure of the rear lower suspension arm can affect vehicle handling or cause damage to the rear brakes, increasing the risk of a crash. Dealers will replace the bolts for the torque reaction links and inspect or replace the lower arms as necessary at no cost to owners under NHTSA Campaign ID 26V200.
