Ford Motor Company is recalling 223,472 model year 2023–2027 F-150 vehicles. The fuel tank may be improperly secured, allowing it to leak fuel or detach while driving.

A detached tank can become a road hazard and increase the risk of a crash. A fuel leak can cause the engine to stall or increase the risk of fire.

Dealers will inspect the fuel tank straps and replace them as necessary, free of charge.

Detached crossbars can create a road hazard and increase the risk of a crash.

Ford Motor Company is recalling 2,711 model year 2026 Bronco vehicles. A metal burr on the right-side curtain air bag mounting bracket may tear the air bag during deployment.

A torn air bag may fail to properly restrain an occupant during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Ford Motor Company is recalling 86 model year 2023–2025 Mustang Mach-E vehicles that received a replacement Battery Energy Control Module (BECM) during a prior repair. Incorrect module software may cause an inaccurate state-of-charge display or increase the risk of a high-voltage battery fire after repeated DC fast charging cycles.

An inaccurate state-of-charge reading can lead to an unexpected loss of drive power, increasing crash risk. A high-voltage battery fire increases the risk of injury.

Dealers will update the BECM software, free of charge.
