TSB: Chevrolet Brake Control Update

This bulletin addresses calibration issues in the K160 brake system control module for 2025-2026 Chevy Trax vehicles built between May 12 and December 5, 2025, preventing false ABS and brake warnings.

Chevrolet Brake Control Update

This bulletin applies to 2025-2026 Chevy Trax vehicles built from May 12, 2025 to December 5, 2025. The display may show an ABS warning, traction/stability control warning and service brake assist message. DTC C05CD (anti-lock brake system) may be set.
The cause of the condition may involve the calibration for the internal rod position sensor in the EBCM.  Update the calibration for the K160 brake system control module. Do not replace the module for this DTC.
