TSB: Kia Shock Absorber Pressure

This bulletin applies to 2024-2025 Kia Sorento vehicles built January 6, 2024 through January 31, 2025. A clunking noise at the rear may be heard when driving over bumpy surfaces. The noise is caused by a decrease in rear shock absorber gas pressure. The fix: replace both rear shock absorbers with P/N 55307 R5EA1QQK for 4WD models or 55307 R5AA1QQK for 2WD models. Be sure to use new upper self-locking nuts P/N 13262 10001.
