Jaguar Fuel Pump DTC

JLR engineering investigations have found that retailers are replacing the fuel pump driver module (FPDM) on 2023-2025 Jaguar E-PACE, F-PACE, XE and XF vehicles when DTC P025C-11 (fuel pump module A control circuit low) is stored in the PCM. Replacing the FPDM does not permanently rectify the concern and the DTC may return.

DTC P025C-11 and P1338-38 can be triggered by a concern  associated with an electrical wiring harness/connector issue, other component issues or software related issues.

  1. Check for any other PCM DTCs that were triggered in a previous drive cycle and follow the DTC help text and diagnosis and texting sections listed in the TOPix workshop manual and TOPix cloud.
  2. Clear all PCM DTCs and check for any re-occurrence of DTCs following a short drive cycle. If the DTCs do not re-appear, return the vehicle to the customer.
