TSB: RAM Window Glitch

This bulletin applies to 2025 Dodge RAM vehicles built on or before May 15, 2025 and equipped with power one-touch up/down front windows or with front one-touch down with telescoping mirrors. The power windows may be inoperative after reaching the full open position. The cause is likely a software glitch in the DDM (driver door module) and PDM (passenger door module). Reprogram the DDM and PDM with the latest available software. Clear any DTCs and calibrate the windows (full up, then full down via driver door switch). Cycle the ignition OFF and ON. If equipped with power folding mirrors, sync mirrors with the folding mirror switch by folding and unfolding the mirrors.
