TSB: Mach-E Harness Damage

On some 2025 Ford Mustang  Mach-E vehicles built January 6, 2025 through April 25, 2025, a wiring harness may make contact with the radiator outlet overflow line clamp. This may result in a harness damage and partial reduction of vehicle power, loss of AWD function and/or loss of high voltage charging capability. 

Affected vehicles may display a wrench light, turtle icon, limited power performance lights, “service vehicle soon” message, “AWD system failure” message and/or “service charging system soon” message.
