Nissan: Circuit Voltage DTC

This bulletin applies to 2015-2020 Nissan 370Z vehicles equipped with multi-port fuel injection. The MIL may be on accompanied by DTC P0603 (ECM back up/circuit). This DTC may have been stored due to low battery voltage, a discharged battery or battery terminal disconnections. 

  1. Confirm that battery voltage is at least 11 volts or more with ignition on. Make sure that battery cables are clean and tight. 

  1. Connect the C-III plus to the vehicle. 

  1. Open C-III plus on the CONSULT PC. 

  1. Turn ignition on but do not start the engine. 

  1. Erase the DTC(s). 

  1. Turn ignition off. 

  1. Turn ignition on and wait for at least 1 second. 

  1. Turn ignition off and wait for at least 10 seconds. 

  1. Repeat steps 7 and 8. 

  1. Turn ignition on. If DTC P0603 is not currently stored as a first trip DTC, the procedure is complete.
