This bulletin applies to 2015-2019 Nissan Versa vehicles as well as other Nissan models equipped with multi port fuel injection. The MIL may be on with DTC P0603 (ECM back up/circuit) stored.
Confirm that battery voltage is 11 volts or more with the ignition on and engine off. Erase the DTC. Turn the ignition on and wait for at least 1 second. Turn the ignition off and wait for 10 seconds. Repeat this ten times. Then turn the ignition on. If the DTC is not stored as a first trip DTC, you’re done. If the DTC remains, refer to the service manual for further diagnosis.
