If the rattle noise goes away with caps removed, replace the rubber damper caps with the new part number.
This bulletin applies to 2018-2021 Honda Accord/Accord Hybrid, 2016-2021 Civic, 2017-2021 CR-V, 2020-2021 CR-V Hybrid and 2019-2021 Insight vehicles. A rattling noise may be heard from the front of the vehicle. The strut top rubber damper cap(s) may be faulty. Remove the rubber caps. If the noise is no longer present, replace the caps using P/N 51608-TJB-A00.
