Quieting Honda rattling noise

This bulletin applies to 2018-2021 Honda Accord and Accord Hybrid, 2016-2021 Civic, 2017-2021 CR-V, 2020-2021 CR-V Hybrid and 2019-2021 Insight vehicles.

A rattling noise may be heard at the front of the vehicle. The probable cause: the rubber damper caps (at the top of struts) may be faulty. Remove the damper caps and test drive. If the noise is gone, install new rubber damper caps P/N 51608-TJB-A00.
