Replacing Jeep Gladiator fuel tank

This bulletin applies to 2020 Jeep Gladiator vehicles built on or after April 12, 2019, and on or before May 16, 2019, equipped with a 3.6L V6 24V VVT engine.

This bulletin applies to 2020 Jeep Gladiator vehicles built on or after April 12, 2019, and on or before May 16, 2019, equipped with a 3.6L V6 24V VVT engine.

The MIL may be on, accompanied by DTC P0461 (fuel level sensor one performance). In addition, the fuel gauge may not be accurate and/or the fuel gauge may be stuck.

Replace the fuel tank with P/N 68332305AC and O-ring 55366298AA. Clear all DTCs. Labor time is estimated at 1.5 hours.
