    Reverting Jaguar steering column calibration

    If a customer complains that the steering column on a 2016 Jaguar F-Pace, XE, XF, XJ or XK vehicle does not move when trying to adjust in an up/down or in/out movement, it is likely that the steering column calibration may have reverted to its default values.

    After performing an instrument panel cluster software update, check that the steering column fully adjusted as intended.

    If a customer complains that the steering column on a 2016 Jaguar F-Pace, XE, XF, XJ or XK vehicle does not move when trying to adjust in an up/down or in/out movement, it is likely that the steering column calibration may have reverted to its default values.

    After performing an instrument panel cluster software update, check that the steering column fully adjusted as intended. If there is no movement, recalibrate the steering column using the SDD tool and confirm column adjustment.
