Door glass clip comparison. 1) Old style clip. 2) New style clip.
This bulletin applies to 2016-2017 Ram trucks built on or after Feb. 1, 2016, and on or before Feb. 24, 2017.
The left or right front door glass may have fallen into the door and is not allowing the window to open or close. The door glass clips may have disengaged.
Disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove the front door glass. Replace both door glass clips with the new style clips P/N 55372961AC. Note that the printed “F” on each clip must face the inboard of the glass when installed.
Install the door glass and clean the glass. Clear all DTCs that may have been set from electrical components in the door and the battery being disconnected.
