This bulletin applies to 2017-2018 Honda CR-V, 2016-2018 Civic with 1.5L engine and CVT, and 2018-2019 Accord vehicles with CRV.
The shift position indicator (D light) starts flashing due to DTC P2817 (shift solenoid valve O/P ...pressure control solenoid H stuck off) may be set. When the TCM checks the drive pulley oil pressure, it misreads the pressure as high even though oil pressure is within specification.
