Some owners of 2011-2015 Chevy Cruze vehicles may complain about an intermittent crank/no-start in cold conditions. The ECM may report P1682 set as current or history. This condition may be caused by excessive resistance across the KR75 engine controls ignition relay contacts due to frost buildup.
If no other root cause is identified through normal diagnosis, replace the KR75 relay with an updated relay, P/N 13595908.
