Owners of 2012-2015 Buick Verano vehicles may comment about an intermittent crank/no-start in cold conditions. When checking for DTCs, the ECM may report P1682 set as current or in history.

This condition may be caused by excessive resistance across the KR75 engine controls ignition relay contacts due to frost buildup. If no other root cause is found during normal diagnosis, replace the KR75 relay with the updated relay P/N 13595908.
