This bulletin applies to 2015 Jeep Renegade vehicles built on or before September 30, 2015, and equipped with a nine-speed 948TE transmission. Some customers may experience a condition where the vehicle will not shift out of park while the engine is running at idle and the brake pedal is applied. Cycling the ignition key off and re-starting the engine may allow the shift. Technicians may find DTC P0606-00 (control module processor). Flashing the ESM with the latest software will correct this concern.
