Some 2011-2016 Ford Fiesta vehicles equipped with a DPS6 transmission may exhibit intermittent concerns of loss of transmission engagement, no-start or loss of power. Additional symptoms may include messages in the message center indicating hill start assist is not available, that parking aid malfunction service is required or the PRNDL/S gear selector on the main instrument cluster may flash. DTC U0100, U0101, U1013 and/or P0606 will be present and stored in PCM memory.

If these codes are present, reprogram the PCM.TCM with the latest calibrations using IDS release 102.01 and higher. Note: always resolve any low voltage concerns before replacing a TCM. Perform the TCM adaptive learn strategy.
