Some 2014 Ford Fiesta vehicles equipped with a 1.6L TIVCT engine and manual transmission, built on or before 5/29/2013, may exhibit the MIL on with a lack of power, accompanied by DTC P061B.

Reprogram the PCM to the latest calibration using IDS release 85.01 or higher.  If the DTC repeats, perform the diagnostic routine referenced in Powertrain Control/Emissions Diagnosis (PC/ED) pin point text QE.
