Paddle Shifter Needs Attention

In 2014-2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles equipped with a 6.2L supercharged Hemi or 6.4L Hemi engine, when trying to upshift using the paddle shifter on the steering wheel, the transmission might downshift instead.

This bulletin applies to 2014-2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles equipped with a 6.2L supercharged Hemi or 6.4L Hemi engine. When trying to upshift using the paddle shifter on the steering wheel, the transmission might downshift instead.

Replace both the right and left paddle shifter.

Right paddle shifter............. 5RQ08DX9AD

Left paddle shifter............... 5RQ09DX9AD
