Fisher Auto Parts Acquires Bagnell Auto Supply

Fisher Auto Parts, member of Federated Auto Parts Distributor, has acquired Massachusetts-based Bagnell Auto Supply, announced by Herd Godschalk, president of Fisher Auto Parts.

Fisher Auto Parts, a member of Federated Auto Parts Distributor, has acquired Massachusetts-based Bagnell Auto Supply, announced by Herd Godschalk, president of Fisher Auto Parts.

The acquisition includes seven Massachusetts locations in Hanover, Marshfield, Quincy, Randolph, Rockland, Stoughton and Weymouth. Plus, the central warehouse and company headquarters in Rockland.

Bagnell Auto Supply has served the south shore area of Massachusetts for over 36 years with service facilities throughout its local markets, providing service and competitively supplying the correct products for the proper applications to their diverse customer base.

“Since 1986 when Tom and Craig Borr purchased the first Bagnell location in Rockland, they have strategically grown the company’s footprint and developed a talented team of experienced store personnel and dependable drivers – all a good fit for Fisher Auto Parts,” says Godschalk.

“We are pleased that Craig will stay on as regional manager to oversee the business and wish Tom all the best in his retirement.”
