Fisher Auto Parts acquired Smyth Auto Parts and its 25 locations in Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee, announced on Jan. 6, 2026.
The Smyth family plans to stay involved in the business. Jim Smyth will serve as regional manager for the Smyth Stores, Rita Summers will run the paint division, and Bobby Smyth will manage the machine shops.
