Mitchell 1's 'SocialCRM Book It Now' aims to simplify appointment scheduling

Mitchell 1 has launched its latest appointment scheduling product, "SocialCRM Book It Now," which integrates directly with Manager SE shop management system. This product enables vehicle owners to book appointments directly through an auto repair shop's Google Business Profile.

Tthe 'SocialCRM Book It Now' displays real-time availabilities and automatically syncs with both the shop's Google and Manager SE calendars. Connected shops will feature a new appointment link on their Google Business Profile. With just a few clicks, prospects or customers can select the services they need, select a date and time, and add the appointment directly to their Google calendars.

Auto repair shops wills have the ability to send out automated service reminders, thank-you messages, and targeted e-mail promotions, as well as attract new customers through verified reviews, professional websites, and increased intent visibility.
