Mitchell 1 has enhanced its SocialCRM Book It Now appointment scheduling solution with a Google Business Profile “Book Online” button, powered by SureCritic. The feature directs customers to a shop’s online scheduling page, where they can select services, enter vehicle information, and book available appointments in real time. According to SureCritic data, shops using the button have seen a 33 percent increase in online bookings, with increases reaching 66 percent for top performers. Integrated with Mitchell 1’s Manager SE shop management software, the system displays available appointments based on shop schedules, technician availability, and shop resources, helping prevent double-bookings and reduce administrative tasks.
