The Snap-on 1/4" Drive 8mm and 10mm Semi-Deep Flip Socket, No. S6810, was created to help technicians save time when performing work that requires removal of underbody panels. The S6810 offers service technicians the convenience of using one tool to remove the two most common sizes of underbody panel fasteners – 8mm and 10mm – speeding completion of the job, especially when combined with the Snap-on CTS761 cordless power tool. The double hex (12-point) design allows the socket to engage a single hex fastener every 30 degrees rather than every 60 degrees to provide access to restricted areas.
