Application

The GripEdge Tools RPT Hex Bit Sockets are designed to remove and install good or damaged hex fasteners found in many automotive or industrial applications.

Features and benefits

RPT Hex Bit Sockets are designed to prevent hex screws from rounding, as well as able to remove damaged ones, saving end-users time, money, and frustration. They are also able to re-insert a damaged hex fastener in a situation where a replacement isn’t immediately available.

Origin

Over the past 100 years since the Allan/hex screws' creation, many products have attempted to fix the age-old problem of rounded Allan/hex screws. Many of the current solutions we found to be inadequate, and hence, GripEdge was born.

Manufacturing/engineering specifications

Each driver is made from S2 steel, heat treated and coated for additional strength and durability.
