VIM Tools debuted its new BCS600 3/8" Drive Shallow Swivel Impact Socket Set at the 2026 MEDCO Customer Show.

The set includes sizes from 10mm to 17mm and combines a pinless swivel with a super-shallow socket design. According to VIM Tools, the configuration provides extended reach into confined areas while leaving additional room to maneuver an impact.

The new set expands on VIM Tools’ existing shallow swivel socket offerings. The company originally introduced the design in a 1/2" drive version, beginning with the BCS817 for Subaru brake caliper bolts.

VIM Tools has also expanded its larger set to cover sizes from 14mm to 21mm. Paired with the BCS600, the sets provide technicians with a broader range of sizes for applications where space is limited but using an impact is still preferred.
