TSB: RAM Speaker Pop

This bulletin addresses a pop noise from speakers in 2022-2023 RAM 1500, 2500, and 3500 trucks with specific audio and display systems, caused by ANC software issues. Reprogramming the ANC module with the latest software resolves the problem.

RAM Speaker Pop

This bulletin applies to 2022-2023 RAM 1500, 2500 and 3500 vehicles equipped with the six speaker system, active noise control system and Uconnect 5 W 8.4-inch display, built on or before November 7, 2023.

A pop noise can be heard from the speakers when the engine I being started. The cause involves active noise cancellation (ANC) software. Reprogram the ANC module with the latest software.
