Cadillac Solenoid Torque

This bulletin applies to 2024 Cadillac CT4 vehicles. Certain vehicles may have a condition in which the transmission valve body solenoid retaining bolt was not properly torqued.

Remove the transmission fluid pan. Locate the H bore solenoid valve adjacent to the shift detent spring. Torque the H bore solenoid valve bolt to 80 in-lb (9Nm). Reinstall the pan and set fluid level.
