This bulletin applies to 2019-2020 Acura RDX vehicles equipped with AWD. The AWD indicator may illuminate with DTC C1843-62 (left rear differential fluid pressure deviation) and/or C1844-62 (right rear differential fluid pressure deviation).

The probable cause: internal corrosion in the solenoids. Check the rear differential fluid level. If level is OK, replace both rear differential solenoid valves. The left rear solenoid is P/N 48360-5YP-013. The right rear solenoid is P/N 48350-5YP-013. The 20mm filler plug washer is P/N 94109-20000. Torque the filler plug to 26 ft-lb. If fluid level is low, fill with Acura All-Wheel Drive Fluid (DPSF) to the proper level.
