Mercedes-Benz reminds technicians that when installing front or rear brake discs, excessive scaling/corrosion which may have developed on the axle hub should be removed.

Use the “ATE Teves Hub Cleaning Kit to remove scaling/corrosion over the entire area where the brake disc mounts to the hub flange. Failure to remove any buildup may cause adverse forces that may result on brake vibrations/shudder.
