This bulletin applies to 2015-2017 Audi A6 and A5 Cabriolet vehicles. The MIL may be on and the customer may note engine compartment noises. Verify noises from the lower area of the compression/intake manifold. DTC P052E00 (PCV regulator valve performance) may be stored in the engine control module.
Fuel additives can cause the elbow piece on the crankcase breathe to crack. The elbow piece can be individually replaced. Replace the elbow and the hose clip using VAS 6362.
