This noise may be intermittent depending on driving pattern. Remove the rear drive shaft assemblies. Apply Body Grease W P/N 08887-02007 to the mating surface between the rear hub unit and drive shaft and re-install, using new rear axle shaft nuts P/N SU003-02864.
