This bulletin applies to 2015-2017 Chevy City Express vans. Some customers may comment on a clicking noise originating from the front axle area during takeoff/acceleration. This may simply be due to a lack of grease on the hub bearing surface.

Remove the axle nut, push the axle back but do not fully remove the axle from the hub or transmission.

Apply a moderate amount of M77 grease to the entire front wheel hub bearing surface using P/N 19356508 ACDelco M-77 paste. Reinstall the front wheel bearing lock nut and cotter pin and verify the repair.
