Use the Right Lube for Honda Intercooler

Honda recommends the use of TB2720C (ThreeBond) water based lubricant, P/N 08734-0013 for installing rubber intercooler hoses. This is the only lube that is factory approved for this application.

Honda recommends the use of TB2720C (ThreeBond) water based lubricant, P/N 08734-0013 for installing rubber intercooler hoses. This is the only lube that is factory approved for this application.

The ThreeBond lube dries quickly after installation and will not introduce contaminants into the system. Honda says it’s ideal for general coolant hose installation as well.
