Acura recommends the use of Honda TB2720C water-base lubricant, P/N 08734-0013, as the only lubricant that is factory-approved for installing rubber intercooler hoses.

The ThreeBond lubricant dries quickly after hose installation and will not introduce contaminants into the system.  Acura notes that this lube is also ideal for general coolant hose installation.
