Heating Up Jeep Engine Oil Temperature

2015 Jeep Wrangler vehicles equipped with a 3.6L engine may have a MIL on, with DTC P1239 (engine oil temperature too low). This may occur following an extended idle. 

2015 Jeep Wrangler vehicles equipped with a 3.6L engine may have a MIL on, with DTC P1239 (engine oil temperature too low). This may occur following an extended idle. A misfire under acceleration may be experienced, and the starter protection feature may be disabled.

Reprogram the PCM with the latest available software and clear any DTCs.
