Owners of 2012-2013 Dodge Durango vehicles may complain that the A/C will not work when the engine is started using the remote start feature (if so equipped).

Using a scan tool, verify that all A/C functions operate as designed, and record any DTCs. Address any concerns before continuing. 

The automatic temperature control module (ATC) will need to be reprogrammed, using software release 13.01 or higher.
