Customers may indicate that the A/C will not work when the engine is started using their remote start feature.

This fix involves reprogramming the automatic temperature control module (ATC).

Using a scan tool (wiTECH) with the appropriate diagnostic procedures available in TechCONNECT, verify that all other A/C functions operate as designed. If DTCs are present, record and repair as needed before proceeding.

Using the wiTECH diagnostic application for flashing an ATC is made available through the wiTECH diagnostic application. Clear any DTCs that may have set as a result of reprogramming. Cycle the ignition switch and verify operation.
