Mazda: Better Bumper
Some owners of 2016-2019 Mazda CX-9 vehicles may notice cracks at one or both ends of the front bumper near the front fender/front combination light. This may be caused when driving over bumps. The bumper fascia may receive higher-than-expected forces, depending on road conditions and driving manner. To eliminate the concern, the internal shape and material of the front bumper fascia have been modified. The new fascia is available as follows:
- Unpainted without parking sensor: TK48-50-031JBB
- Unpainted with parking sensor: TM55-50-031BBB
