BendPak releases OctaFlex 12DPS two-post lift

The lift has a 12,000-lb capacity and an integrated 6,000-lb lift-assist system.

BendPak has launched the OctaFlex 12DPS, a two-post vehicle lift with a 12,000-lb capacity and an integrated 6,000-lb lift-assist system. Four auxiliary arms can raise, lower, or hold cabs, EV batteries, drivetrains, and other heavy components while the primary arms support the vehicle. A magnetic pendant controller offers independent, two-speed operation for precise positioning.

Designed for cab-off repairs, EV battery replacement, and other heavy duty service work, the lift can help shops save an average of two hours per cab removal, reduce the need for additional technicians and equipment, and complete more work in a single bay. Its design also improves technician ergonomics and helps keep the cab and chassis aligned during reassembly. The OctaFlex 12DPS is now shipping and is ALI-certified.

A word from BendPak

“As dealers and independent repair shops continue to struggle with an aging and shrinking technician workforce, they also face surging demand for labor-intensive tasks like cab-off repairs and EV service,” says Jeff Kritzer, BendPak president and CEO. “OctaFlex eases the pressure by helping technicians handle complex jobs independently with greater efficiency and less physical strain, maximizing throughput and profit potential.”
