Knipex Tools LP has launched several new products to the North American market including the Modular X18 Backpack, Jaw Protectors for Cobra Pliers, new set assortment and more.
The Modular X18 Backpack can carry up to 33 pounds and features 21 retaining loops, 37 pockets and a removable tool board to help customize packing the supplies. The front and back panels fully hinge, and the waterproof molded bottom keeps the backpack upright. It also features MOLLE straps and a magnetic FIDLOCK connector.
The new jaw protectors are added to the already existing line of jaw protectors for plier wrenches, this time three sizes of the Cobra Pliers. The protectors are made of smooth plastic and easily snap onto the jaw of the plier. It covers all the teeth of the tool and gives a firm, non-marring bite. Each set contains three pairs of plastic protective jaws – three upper jaws and three lower jaws. They are available for the 7 ¼'’; 10’’; and 12’’ Cobra Pliers produced after 2007.
Also included in the launch is an assortment of new sets. Including the 2 Pc Mini Pliers Set XS in Belt Pouch; a 3 PC Top Selling Pliers set; and an 8 Pc Cobra Pliers Set.
Two new tethered bags – large and small – a tool tethering adaptor strap and a tool tethering lanyard with a 13-pound capacity are in the launch as well as the Pip Cutter for Composite Pipes and the Twistor T Self-Adjusting Crimping Pliers for Wire Ferrules.
