Fleet Maintenance, the commercial vehicle maintenance and service resource for the commercial vehicle industry, announces the promotion of David Brierley to editor.
Brierley brings 10 years of professional publishing experience to this role. He is an award-winning journalist and comes from a background in automotive, trucking, and heavy equipment. In his most recent role, Brierley served as the managing editor for the Endeavor Vehicle Repair Group, which includes Fleet Maintenance magazine. He holds a bachelor’s degree in English with an emphasis in Professional Writing and Publishing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. In his spare time, he enjoys almost any outdoor activity and is a classic car enthusiast. His garage currently houses a 1975 Pontiac Trans Am and a 1968 Mustang hardtop.
Brierley is based in Fort Atkinson, Wis., and will report to Erica Schueller, editorial director of the Endeavor Commercial Vehicle Group.

Prior to being named Editorial Director of the Commercial Vehicle Group in February, Schueller served as the editor-in-chief of Fleet Maintenance magazine.
Schueller has reported and written about the vehicle maintenance and the repair industry extensively. She has received numerous accolades for her reporting and editing in the commercial and automotive vehicle fields. In December 2018, she graduated at the top of her class from the Waukesha County Technical College 10-week professional truck driving program, earning her Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL).
