At a recent Board of Directors meeting, Matthew J. Boler was elected Chairman of the Board of The Boler Company, replacing his father, John Boler, who passed away in March of 2016. Matt is also President and CEO of The Boler Company. His election to Chairman ensures that the strategic direction of the company remains unchanged. Matt is committed to the continued pursuit of the vision he and his father shared in overseeing the future success of Hendrickson.
